By placing an order with Vidzilla ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not place an order. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vidzilla.
Vidzilla provides done-for-you video and podcast production services, including scripting, editing, voiceover, music, show notes, SEO optimisation, and optional platform posting. Service scope is defined at the time of purchase based on the selected package and any add-ons chosen.
One-time Orders
A single purchase for the selected quantity of videos or podcast episodes. No recurring charges. Full price applies.
Monthly Plans — 6-Month Commitment
Monthly plans require a minimum 6-month commitment. You will be billed every month for 6 consecutive months. After the initial term, your plan auto-renews for additional 6-month periods unless cancelled in writing at least 14 days before the renewal date. Monthly plans receive a 5% discount applied to the base package price.
Yearly Plans — 12-Month Commitment
Yearly plans require a minimum 12-month commitment. You will be billed for the full annual amount upfront or on a monthly billing cycle as presented at checkout. After the initial term, your plan auto-renews for additional 12-month periods unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. Yearly plans receive a 10% discount applied to the base package price.
All Monthly and Yearly plan payments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of production work — which begins immediately upon order confirmation — no refunds will be issued for Monthly or Yearly plans under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with output, change of business direction, failure to provide required materials, or early cancellation of the commitment term.
You remain responsible for all charges through the end of your current commitment term even if you request cancellation before the term expires.
One-time orders may be eligible for a partial refund only if production has not yet commenced. Once scripting, editing, or any production work has begun, no refund will be issued. Refund requests for one-time orders must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of purchase. All refund decisions are made at Vidzilla's sole discretion.
Vidzilla limits active partners to maintain quality standards. Subscription (Monthly and Yearly) clients are prioritised for capacity over one-time orders. During periods of high demand, one-time ordering may be temporarily suspended. Existing subscription clients will always be served first.
Clients are responsible for:
Delays caused by late or missing client materials may result in delayed deliveries without penalty to Vidzilla and will not constitute grounds for a refund.
Upon receipt of full payment for a production cycle, you are granted full ownership of the final delivered assets. Vidzilla retains the right to use anonymised process work, statistics, and non-confidential elements for its own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
To cancel a Monthly or Yearly plan, you must submit a written cancellation request to our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current commitment period — you will not be billed for the next renewal cycle. You are not entitled to a refund for any portion of the current commitment period that remains unused.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidzilla's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. Vidzilla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Vidzilla reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscription clients of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are commenced.
